Netflix Edit Helps Peddi Win Back Viewers

Ram Charan and Janhvi Kapoor’s Peddi is now streaming on Netflix and has been receiving a positive response from viewers. Janhvi Kapoor’s performance is also being appreciated after the film OTT release.

One major change in the Netflix version is the edited market scene involving Janhvi which had faced heavy criticism during the theatrical release.

Many felt the original scene objectified the actress and led to widespread trolling on social media.

Viewers now believe these edits should have been made before the film’s theatrical release. Director Buchi Babu Sana had also apologized over the controversy.

With the revised version, the film is getting better appreciation, while Ram Charan’s performance and the story continue to impress audiences.
